I don't receive email in my Exchange Account using ChronoForm5

I have a contact form in my web site and when I configure as the receiver (to account) an SMTP mail account, everything works fine. However, when I change the receiver account to an Exchange one I stop receiving emails from web site.

I also acquired a license for my domain and validated it in Joomla and ChronoEngine, but it still isn't working.

Hi fcotrim,

If ChronoForms is sending emails then the most likely explanation is that your Exchange mail service is marking them as possible spam and dropping them,.

Please drag a Debugger action into the On Submit event, then submit the form and post the debug - including the 'dummy emails' results here.

Note: if you are using the Easy Wizard you can turn on Debug on the Others tab in CFv4 or the Setup tab in CFv5.
