can create form for my wordpress website using chronoengine?

Can i create form using chronoengine for by wordpress websites(interpool, stackon)? or DO i have to change by sites into joomla?

Yes you can, just install the latest Chronoforms for Wordpress from the Wordpress plugins repository:
