Dynamic reply to email doesn't work

Hello, I am not sure why, but the reply to doesn't work here: http://www.corsibarmanbergamo.com/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&chronoform=formnew

The reply email seems to be good, but when I clic reply from the email it replies to the domain name of the website instead of the dynamic to.

Please add a Dynamic Reply To Name as well as the Email.

DYNAMIC Reply to........text5 means Recipient Name
DYNAMIC Replay to mail...text 13 means reply mail
DYNAMIC FROM ....my Name
DYNAMIC FROM MAIL ....my mail address ...see array....
it shall automaticly send a mail to the one woho sent me an email
