I have a previously working form that is now broken.

I have tried to resolve it but have failed.

It is a long time since I had any problems with Chronoforms and required support.

Please can you remind me of the procedure and information you need to help.

The problem is that after completing and submitting the form the page refreshes to the empty form. No email is received and no "thank you" message displayed.

Problem now appears to be resolved.
