Hi marvinbrewer,
By all means PM me the site URL, the form name, and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.
Bob
Hi MarvinBrewer,
The form looks fine to me - it's actually showing up twice when I click the View Form link.
Bob
thats when you test form but when you go to http://dawson.marvinbrewer.com you get the error msg
Hi marvinbrewer,
Ah, I don't think you mentioned that was where the problem is. It looks as if the message is correct. To show a form in a module you have to add the form name.
Bob
thats the problem I have entered a form name
Hi marvinbrewer,
I think not - the screenshot I posted is from your site and the form name box is empty.
Bob
show this on both of my machines

Hi marvinbrewer,
Yes, the form has a name but you haven't added in the Module where you are trying to display it.
Bob
thank you so much for your help
where do I add the module if it's in the extensions/module of Joomla! I have done that and have them position 1 and show on all pages
Hi marvinbrewer,
Please open the ChronoForms module settings in Site Admin > Extensions > Modules and add the form name.
Bob
there was no place in the extension/module for a form name so I changed the title to the form name name still no change it's telling me form name cannot be empty and it's not empty
again I thank you for your help please don't give up on me
