If box is checked then send email specific address

Hello -

I have a form with three check boxes. I want the form content to go to different email addresses based on which check box they check. Is this possible?

I checked out your link, but I have an issue. with this part:

em1=This address
em2=That address
em3=The other address

If I put this in an the options, then the users will see the email addresses on the front end?

Don't put the address there - keep that for the code later, Instead use em1=John Smith, etc.
