Form not working in Chrome and IE

Bibbi 10 Aug, 2016
On a website I have a form which was made and activated last year for a limited period of time. It has now been reactivated, but now the form only works in Firefox. When I test it in Chrome or Internet Explorer, the form is not sent.

What should I do in order to make it work in Chrome and IE?

Hi Bibbi,

There is nothing in ChronoForms that is dependent on the browser - maybe there is a JavaScript error showing in some of the browsers? It's impossible to say anything more based on the information here.

There are not errors anywhere. The form in IE and Chrome will just not submit even though it has worked before.

Hi Bibbi,

Please post a link to the form so I can take a quick look.

Hi Bibbi,

The form works from the Test Form link in Chrome so I suspect that your problem is with SEF URLs. Please see this FAQ

Thanks!!!
The Relative URL = No solved it all.
