When User Checks Checkbox The Value Should Be "YES"

I have a checkbox for the user to check to agree.

It looks something like this in the template:
{agreement} I agree with what ever you are asking.

When it comes in the email I would like it to say:
YES, I agree with what ever you are asking.

How do I make the checkbox value "Yes"?

I would probably set the Field Value of the checkbox to YES, I agree with what ever you are asking. and enable the Ghost with a value of NO, that is a load of rubbish
