Please help me, how to display the full path in the address bar?
Link to ChronoForms form placed on page localhost/index.php/lichnyj-kabinet. A link to the form looks like this localhost/index.php/5-fizlica.
How to create link like localhost/index.php/lichnyj-kabinet/5-fizlica, to keep the structure of the site.
Also, Breadcrumbs I want to make look "Main -> Lichnuj kabinet -> 5-fizlica". Now it displayed as "Main -> 5-fizlica" when I go into the form.

ChronoForms does nothing to change SEF URLs - I think you probably have to manage this with your menu structure.
