contact form with dropdown

i have got a question i made a form but when i fill in the forms and also the dropdown menu when i get a email back i will get the following

Website URL {Website URL}
Type product {Type product}
Gewenste animatie {Gewenste Animatie}
Stijl 7
Extra opties {Extra opties}
Taalkeuze 4
Captcha

Hi peter32,

Spaces are not allowed in element names so {Website URL} will not work, the name needs to be something like Website_URL.
