i have a very simple form with your Captcha before submit, in one particular pc it keep reporting that the code entered is wrong. There seem to be no problem with another pc. I did not notice this for months until i change to this pc using xpwin.sp3.
In the problem pc even removing the captcha feature, it keeps saying the same message.
What can be causing it in the culprit pc?
PS: Bob, two days ago i was so worried that this forum is not working as it can't access the Mysql. You are not back in action. Cheers!

Please check to see if the form is inside <p> tags - that might cause problems with older versions of IE. Otherwise I don't know, the Captcha should not depend on the browser used. You could try switchng to use ReCaptcha?

Thanks friend for the try. i FOUND the cause, must share with you.
The cause was the Chrome, once i reset it, no more problem. This problem is reproducible many times in the form, thus not just an odd occurrence. Once i reset Chrome, problem disappeared.
