Found a very strange problem: On my website i created a number of forms. Tested them all.
Yesterday i received a mesage from a visitor that the form was'nt working.
Checked it and indeed found a problem.
You can fill in the form, but after submit the form returns empty as if it was sent, but no confirmation message is shown.
Also, The messages are not sent.
Because i already knew about problems when from e-mailadres is not equal to website e-mailadres i had that covered.
After changing another e-mail adres in the setup yesterday, the form worked again.
This morning i received another message that the same form wasn't working.
I can't find any problem. Adviced by one.com i changed the e-mail template from html-only to a combination of html and plain text an d suddenly the form worked again !
I'm totally confused. Anybody the same experience? Any tips?

Don't know about the first part of the problem with empty results, but I do have a similar problem with emails not being received and my sites are also hosted by One.com.
Are your emails being forwarded from one.com domain-email to another? Have you looked in your webmailbox? The form results are there probably.
I had a lot of forms working fine on several websites. Than One.com changed the filter on their forward and now the emails are not forwarded anymore. But they do reach the webmail (!) without any problems.
One.com keeps telling me that the problem is not with them (that I should do something about the X-priority and/or send the mail as plain text - which is very unprofessional). But all mails are being received by all receipients. It only goes wrong on their forward. And it was all fine before. So is it me or should One.com change the filter back or less strict?
Like Bob said somewhere here "I would expect a server to be able to handle emails from the same domain".

One thing is for sure: one.com is part of problems with Chronoforms forms. I use Chronoform on all the websites i build and the only provider i'm experiencing problems is one.com They gave me exact the same "solutions" and when i pointed out that this had nothing to do with the problems i described to them, they told me to contact the developer of Chronoforms 😟
I think Bob gave me the solution to my problem. I use the forms pretty much always in articles and using hidden menu's. I followed Bob's advice and i haven't had any complaints since.
The thing with using a different FROM adress than the website's adress was also with one.com. I can't remember (for now) where i found the solution, but it worked.
