I've added the Authenticator action on a lot of my forms so that only users in a specific group can access them and it works pretty well...for a while. After users have been logged in for a while, they start getting the error message that they can't access the forms. If they log out and back in, it corrects the problem, but it's still tedious and annoying. Sometimes they can be logged in for hours before getting the error, sometimes only minutes.

This also happens with ChronoConnectivity, exactly the same problem except obviously with CC I'm just using the permissions tab rather than an Authenticator action. Admin and front end views both have this problem.

Any idea how to straighten this out?

Sorry no real ideas at all, I haven't seen this reported elsewhere and haven't experienced it myself. I'm not familiar with how this code works - I had assumed that it was using the Joomla! ACL and storing the status in the standard User Session.

You might try asking Max using the Contact Us menu above and linking to this thread. He will understand how the code is working.
