Error with form in article using cb fields

Form opens from backend:

But when included in article I get this error message:

Hi Astrid,

I don't know what's happening here but the simple answer is not to try to use the CB Registration PlugIn with the ChronoForms mambot - there are just two many different chunks of code trying to work with each other.
