I had one instance where a user submitted the form online, received the thank you message, and the auto-generated email response. I can see her form in the database. However, the email did not forward to us. This was using Internet Explorer. I have tested, and it seems to be working fine. I'm getting all other emails. Do you have any guesses as to what the issue with this particular user could be? I have checked my spam, and her emails were not there either. It also seems to work fine in Firefox and Chrome.
