1 - I changed my form a few times and I noticed that the fields being saved are not the same that I have on the form - how do I fix that?

2 - also, the form is only available to registered users so is it possible to save the user info into db?

Hi codeware,

Please click the Delete Cache icon in the Forms Manager toolbar to clear the saved table settings.

If you add a User_id column in your table then CF should save the user id to it.
