Form not working in 'Live' environment

I'm having 2 issues with Chronoforms:

1. I cannot get the shortcode to work in a Module. It works fine in the body of an Article but not in an HTML Module;

2. I cannot get any of the forms to work in a Live page. If I use the form from the Forms Manager > View Form, or Test Form from within the form creator, it works perfectly. But when I try using it in the Live site, I never get as far as the success message.

Can anyone please help? I've been on this all day and am getting nowhere. Pulling my hair out!

Hi Matt,

The ChronoForms Plug-in doesn’t work in a Module - please use the ChronoForms module instead.

The View Form and Test Form are both on the Live Site so the form is working correctly. How is it being displayed when it fails? Please see this FAQ

Hi Bob, thanks for the reply... Having looked at the URL onSubmit, I get this:

http://www.my-domain.com/country-guides/request-a-callback-test?chronoform=Request-a-Callback&event=submit

The browser looks as if it's processing, but nothing actually happens on reload and the information remains in the form.

Is there anything obviously wrong here?

Bob thanks - I went through the FAQ you sent and checked through the steps and it works now.

I set Relative URL to OFF and boom, works fine. Thanks for your patience🙂
