Problems witch captcha / recaptcha

Hello,

I have a strrange probelm concerning Captcha and Recaptcha. I have a Form that is usin captcha and it is working fine. I copied it, renamed it and added / changed some text fields. In some casses I added some events to dropdowns to hide / show other inputs.
Now I always get the message that I used the wrong validation code afte clicking on "Submit".
I changed from Captcha to Recaptcha, but the problem stays the same.

I tried to fix the problem for some time now and I am running out of ideas.😑 Could somebody please help? I attached the form to this post

I can submit with no problem and no ReCapcha error message.

KristianR - be sure to refresh the page rather than hitting back & resubmitting - this often shows you the old captcha image whilst the validation expects a new code!

I still get the message. Strange...

Maybe there is some kind of cash I have to delete?
