Hi all !

I am successfully using a 2-page contact form on my test site (not yet available online).

Page 1 is basic contact info : user id, email address, subject, text, captcha, submit button
Page 2 displays a thank-you message

My breadcrumbs module successfully appears on page 1 (I made sure the module was enabled for the corresponding menu link). But it does not appear on page 2. However, I just have one menu item for both pages, which are a single form. Did I forget to enable anything ?

You could enable Ajax submission which would keep you on the same page (that should be OK as there are no file uploads here).

Or you could create a different, hidden (i.e. not published) Menu item for the second form page.I think that would work though I haven't tested.
