Dear Sir,

1. Once I tick on check box it doesn't included to the database. Could you help me for this case please?
2. How to allow all users can access to the table or profile on the interface? That seem to be only admin can get access to.

I'm sorry but I don't understand Q1 at all

For Q2 you can build a form that will display a listing to front-end users. Either a simple listing using the DB Multi-Record Loader with the Data Display options, or a more complex listing using ChronoConnectivity.
