the same way as reCAPCHA but look nicer and You can "play" with it a little on their site there is a demo, they give a plugin for joomla too it add new plugin in captcha folder

Is there any option that i can add it by myself?? With captcha and recaptcha free times some robots skip it and send me a form

Possibly but I have no real idea . . . try it and see.

If they can crack the recaptcha then they must be humans and they will pass the new system as well, you may try the security question and see if it slows them.
