Hi,
I am new to chronoform and having problem in making a form . I will let you what my form will look like :
Name:
email :
phoneno:
address:
two checkboxes will be here which is
1. myself
2. refer
Submit button

problem is : when i click on myself it will automatically show the name,email,phoneno,add which i added at the very beginning and i dont need to be a registered member .How to implement this through chrono . Thanks in advance
