I upgraded to Joomla 1.0.14 and experienced the

"There is no form with this name, Please check the url and the form management"

problem. I updated to the latest version of ChronoForms by overwriting with the files in the upgrade package. I opened my only form, made a couple of small changes and resaved.

However, I still receive the above error.

I uninstalled the component, then reinstalled from the full package. Chronoforms now works.

If you go this route, be sure to back up your forms first!
