More button problems!

Looking for a little more guidance with submit buttons here (link to nationalcsa.com)! As with my previous problem, I'm having a heck of a time getting the buttons to style properly in IE7. Here are some screenshots:

Firefox 3, with no class=button specified in the form code (form on the left, poll on the right)

I also just noticed that IE does not color the button properly; it is grey on the bottom and white on the top. Odd.
