chronocomments and email cloaking plugin problem

Hi,
I have a problem with chronocomments and email cloaking plugin in joomla 1.5.9
Thats look following:
when i activate email cloaking vote buttons dont work, disappear when i try to hover them.
When i disable email cloaking plugin everything works fine...
I tried to change the order of plugins in plugin manager but the problem still exist.
Can sb helps me?

Did you try ChronoMyAdmin for managing your Joomla database tables ?

Sorry but the site is currently only on my local computer and there isn't any way to access from outside.

But in attachments are screenshots (look on buttons)

When emailcloaking is enabled buttons don't work - first one
Otherwise button works - the other
