How do I link to these images?

I have a file upload field that allows multiple uploads. The information is stored properly, but, I do not know how to show this on the detail summary page.
What is stored in the column looks like this:

["20220223192221_sor72001-00.jpg","20220223192221_nunnally-robert-obit-photo.jpg","20220223192221_img-8714-1632499783.jpg","20220223192221_rrgsdtws.jpg"]

How do I link to the individual .jpg files?
