Chronoforms 7 + Joomla 4

Hi Max

There are two obsolete methods for Joomla 4 in two files:

E:/plugins/system/chronog3_plg/chronog3/libs/joomla/extension.php use twice J4 obsolete method JFactory::getURI.
E:/plugins/system/chronog3_plg/chronog3/libs/joomla/app.php use J4 obsolete method JError::raiseError.

Beware, guys: only for CF7 with Joomla 4 !!!
