Message that the form has been sent, reload my entire site

Used joomla 3.10 php 7.4

I created a form in cronoform 7, after filling out the form, it displays a message that we received the message and that we will contact you soon

But when it pops up this message...it reloads my entire site and the message that was sent stays in place of the form.

Is it not possible for him to give the message that was sent but without reloading the page or opening a pop-up or a window without reloading my site?

Hi alexaho,

It is normal that a page refreshes after submitting a form.

If you don't want this to happen then I suggest that you use AJAX submit. I think that will allow you to keep focus on the form.
