Admin View vs Front View vs user environment (Joomla!)

Hi Support,We use Chronoforms already for a long time and in January 2021 we bought version 7 and received a validation key. Up till now it works well, but this week we need to develop a new form. All functions work well in Admin View but in Front View and in the user environment with Joomla! the Popup Calendar and the checkboxes do not answer the mouse clicks
I guess it is a validation problem, so I tried to solve the problem by inputting the validation key and serial number again, but without results.
Could you send me a quick solution?
