Need help contact form with multiple file fields as attachment

I have a form with multiselect file, which are sended as attachment.

But now there should be min. 4 single fields or flexible repeater for single files as mail attachment.

The file names are written in the mail but there is no attachment. Who can complete my form and check what's wrong?
