Error Message : Action file missing

Current ChronoForms Version : 4.0.1
Server : Debian 9 / PHP 5.6 / Apache 2.4
Joomla : Joomla! 2.5.28 Stable

I migrated my website to another server, when I try to access on a (ChronoForms page),
I receive the following message "Action file missing". I don't really understand, which file
is missing. I checked several times

try to reinstall CF, without uninstalling!

Did you try ChronoMyAdmin for managing your Joomla database tables ?
