Update from 6 to 7

What is the correct procedure to upgrade from version 6 to version 7 without losing the forms?

Answer

You install v7, use it to build new forms and keep v6 as it's, when you have time you can rebuild the v6 forms on v7 or wait for the v6 to v7 importer!

A v6 to v7 forms importer is on the todo list, but I'm not sure when exactly it will be ready!
