How do I show a form on my site? (Rookie)

Hi There,

I have created a form with the Chrono Form extension. Everything is enabled. I have downloaded and installed the module. On my site i want to show this module, but is does not show. Am I forgetting something? What Am I doing wrong?

I want to show the form using a module.

Somebody Please Help....

there was a problem with the module but it has been fixed recently, you need to download the module again and install it, make sure the form works fine first when you test it using the "front view" link in the forms manager!
