Loop Event - Somehow not working

I can't figure this out.... it seems to save everything.
My data is displayed in a LIST TABLE. I add a checkbox to "select" that row.

When I click submit it seem to save everything in the LIST TABLE.

I must be missing something... just don't know what😟
