the form is not displayed corrrectly in view

I have a form and when i press preview from the form designer everything seems to be fine

however when i switch to front end and when i press view the form seems to be broken and it is shown like in the image below

is there a way to fix this?

Hi mainsyseu,

It looks as if either your template is over-riding the ChronoForms CSS; or is not loading the ChronoForms CSS correctly. Using your brower Web Developer tool should let you explore this.
