Auto refresh form every minute

Hi, rfiends! Thanks for great component.

One little question, if someone can advice me

What are more or less good decisions to autorefresh form, that shows list of new records in a table, every minute? For now I used to autorefresh whole page, but it works ugly😟
I think, better to refresh form data only, with out refreshing the page, but how to do it?

Use AJAX and jQuery to just refresh one section. The URL to get the data from should be something along the lines of yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_chronoforms6&form=formalias&event=refresheventname&tvout=view
