Cannot validate product

I am having a problem validating CFv5 and CCv5 on a new Joomla site being set up in a subdirectory of a domain with an existing validation. No matter what I try, the products will not validate. I will include URL and login information in a private section below.

I have been having this issue with other sites, same situation. Products will not validate.
