creating a form that send to different emails dependant on location or other varables.

I'm looking to create a form a that automates sending enquires to different advisers dependant on service and the location the user provides. so for example if the postcode starts with M33 it goes to one adviser and m22 goes to another.
is this possible and would it be difficult to set up
