Different layout

Hi,
at this page, https://www.joomlalombardia.org/biglietti-gratis-smau-2018 at first access appear with chronoform layout correctly:

when I refresh appear with template layout:

Schermata_2018-09-19_alle_00.00.00.png

Why?
How I can fix this issue?

Hi Emanuele,

It looks to me as if the Semantic UI files that ChronoForms uses for formatting are not being loaded after the refresh , I have no idea why that is happening,
