Where to put Google Tracking Code?

I want to add google tracking code when a form is submitted successfully. Do i just drag and drop the Custom Code to the SUBMIT > Success box??

Setup -> Under load -> Display Section -> Form tag Attributes -> onSubmit:ga(blah blah blah)
