ChronoForms are not working

ChronoForms are not working on the pages where I have included the code "{chronoforms}myformname{/chronoforms}", though they are being shown. These forms are working on the Frontend View without any issues, where the values are being updated in the database.

Product and platform: ChronoForms v4 on joomla 3.7.3
