Wordpress v6.0.7 CF6 Trial button missing

I am switching a site from Joomla to Wordpress and installed CF6 in Wordpress. Since I am building/deveoping the new site on a subdomain, I thought the licence should work but it does not (probably because the CF installation on the public site is still active?).
Since I am developing the new site, I wanted to activate the trial version but the button is missing.
Is there a workaround?

Ah, and also the form that I built is not displaying (https://newsite.haarlemmermeerrun.nl/vrijwilligers) .
The preview works fine. I use Themler as template builder and in there, I can see part of the form with a bunch of error messages that elements of the form cannot be shown because of Chronoforms not validated).
