CF 6 User Registration

I cant get user registration to work properly on CF6 and cant find a DEMO.
It keeps saying the user exists

Hi pbeckermann,

The usual cause of a failure is that the username of email are already in use. Could that be the problem here. I believe that the error message comes from Joomla! not directly from CF.

Thanks Bob I have checked an the username or email are not in use. I tried with even a fake email and get the same message. Do you know how I can get my hands on a demo for Joomla User Reg?
