I am having some difficulty in setting up a multi page form in CFv5. Each page has multi columns. I have looked at the "demo-multipage" form and have implemented everything correctly (I think!) but still have issues.
The first "page" of the form is displayed ok, but when I select my Next button to display page 2, I just get a blank screen.

I have attached 2 screen shots of my form Designer and form Setup screens.
Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated, as I am banging my head off the wall, at this stage.
