save the Form Name with the DB Save function

I am using the DB Save option , Just wondering how possible is to save the Form Name with the DB Save function?

Try to add a field to your table called "chronoform"

Clarification please, will this pick the form name automatically and record on the database with the rest of the form data?

Hi hillotaty,

Yes, but you need to click the Delete Cache icon in the Forms Manager toolbar after adding the column to your table to update the cached CF table records.
