Can I publish a data from a database on a page or an article? If it can be done how can I do it?

I have a form which is, after it is filled, send to an e-mail. What I need is, after that mail is sent, to publish that sent form (probably previously save it to a DB) on a page or an article, if possible by category or in separate tags. And every next sent e-mail to be published under the previous one.
Also can that be done using chronoforms or do I also need chronoconnectivity?
