I had Chronoforms 4 and was able to use a dynamic reply to email address, where all I had to do was hit reply in the email to get it to the person who filled out the form. I can't figure it out in Chronoforms 6. Is it still possible?

Yes, in the "Reply to email" just use {data:email_field_name}, and in the "Reply to name" use {data:name_field_name}

I recommend that you read the v6 manual

You can check the result of the email settings by adding a debugger action after the email and testing the form, does the email debug show the expected reply name/email ?
