If you upgrade to a new version of Joomla! e.g. Joomla! 3.1 to 3.2 then you may find that ChronoForms and ChronoConnectivity start to fail or give errors for no apparent reason. If this happens there may be a quick fix.
Check your ChronoForms installation and look in the /administrator/components/com_chronoforms/versions folder or the equivalent for chronoconnectivity. You will see a seried of folders there named for different Joomla! versions. If there isn't one for the new version you have upgraded to please make a copy of the previous one and rename it to the new Joomla! version.
That is, for an upgrade from Joomla! 3.1 to 3.2 copy the folder /administrator/components/com_chronoforms/versions/j3.1 to /administrator/components/com_chronoforms/versions/j3.2
This problem will be fixed in the next ChronoForms release after a Joomla! upgrade which usually happens in a week or two.
Wizard setting changed
User vdneut has posted this suggestion in the forums which solved problems with CFv5 forms not saving edits after an upgrade from Joomla! 2.5 to 3
I found that the forms that did not save, had the option Form Wizard Mode (General tab) set to 'Easy' instead of 'Advanced (default)'. I remembered that I used 'Advanced mode' in J2.5. Once I changed the mode to 'Advanced (default)' again, the forms saved properly in Wizard mode.
