  1. Usage: Your membership gives you the rights and access to the ChronoEngine.com members area which currently will help you posting at our forums for support only, If you paid for a license then we send you license files by email as stated per the product license term, you can obtain future updates by contacting us.
  2. Warranty: we do not warrant or guarantee these components in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components, however we tested all our products to work on all major web browsers.
  3. Unauthorized use: You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without our written acceptance. Please contact us if you need more info.
  4. Refund policy: Since ChronoEngine is offering intangible and irrevocable goods and services we do not issue refunds after the purchase is made or work is done. You are responsible for understanding upon purchasing an item at ChronoEngine.
  5. Updates: All services/extensions are made for the latest versions of Joomla, but we can NOT guarantee, that the extensions/services will run with future versions of these CMSs.
  6. Delivery: After we have successfully received your payment, we will email you your license information on the email address you provided during payment.  If you do not receive an email from us within 6 hours, contact us through this website.
  7. Modifications: You can make any necessary modifications to our products to fit your needs. You may not however redistribute or release any modifications as GPL or otherwise. You are NOT authorized to change or remove the copyright information in the footer of our extensions unless you have a valid license or a written permission. Please contact us regarding this if you have any questions.
  8. Ownership: Our products are provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.


Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.

equalheightTo be able to continue working at this component we decided to get a small profit out of it but at the same time don't force everybody to pay in order to use this great component.

 

 From version 1.5 and up a link at the bottom of everyform created will be placed, saying "joomla professional work", the link will be to us here htttp://www.chronoengine.com, its illegal to remove this link from the source code unless you have a license,

so the license is very simply for the same ChronoForms component without a link, thats all!

This License is for 5 different websites ONLY. 

 

 However, in order to allow everybody to still use the component and even get out of this, the link is inside a div with class : chronoform , use this to hide the link by using different colors or whatever if you really can't pay, but of course the link is still exists at your page source.
