Multiple choices not displaying in email

Having tested several types to ensure a multiple choice (checkbox group and dropdown); I can't get any more than 1 result in the email sent afterwards. What option is it to make in such case ?

Hi rbadesign,

Two things are required:

a) The multiple choice elements must have an array name ending in [] e.g. checkbox_group[]

b) Please drag a Handle Arrays action into the OnSubmit event and move it up before the Email action.
